An EB-66 electronic counter-measures aircraft (call sign Bat-21). Was shot down by a surface-to-air missile (SAM)

Bat 21B is the aircraft call sign of an EB-66 that is slammed by an SA-2 missile just south of the demilitarized zone (DMZ) in 1972. The plot thickens when the lone survivor, the aircrafts Navigator, must parachute into the middle of a vast North Vietnamese Army (NVA) invasion of the south. Search and Rescue (SAR) missions launch into an area where the NVA has brought sufficient antiaircraft weaponry to contest American air superiority.

BAT 21 will be a 2 day scenario held at Disaster Sports Paintball September 30 and October 1, 2006.

The Registration for the game prior to September 15th, 2006 is $50.00, and after September 15th will be $60.00.

All Event Air will be $10.00.

When filling out the registration form please circle which team you would like to be placed with. Please note, for we will try to keep the amount of players per team equal. We may have to move players from one side to the other for balancing purposes, this will be done from the last received registration forms.

We will be posting a field map for you to download and print and study and plan and connive and scheme and plot... well you get the idea, that will be posted shortly after we get it tweaked.

Event Schedule

Friday, May 26

Noon – Gate is opened to event traffic. Parking and camping set-up begins.
Noon to 8 p.m. – Registration is open. Airfill tickets available. Paint available.
2 p.m. to Dusk – Airfill station open.
4 p.m. to Dusk – Players may walk the field. Players are not allowed on the playing field after dark.
4 p.m. to Dusk – Chronos open; 275 FPS max verification.
8 p.m. – Gate is closed to all traffic for the night.

Saturday, May 27

6 a.m. – Gate is opened to event traffic. Parking and camping set-up begins.
6 a.m. – Chronos open; 275 FPS max verification. Airfill station open.
6 a.m. – Registration is open. Airfill tickets available. Paint available.
9:15 a.m. – Mandatory orientation, rules briefing. Prize give-aways.
Introduction of commanders.
11 a.m. – Game on.
5 p.m. – Dinner break. Chronos open; 250 FPS max verification.
7:15 p.m. – Nighttime player orientation, rules briefing. Prize give-aways.
8 p.m. – Game on.
Midnight – Gate is closed to all traffic for the night. Those not planning to play up to stand-down time (2 a.m.) must leave the facility prior to gate closing.

Sunday, May 28

2 a.m. – Mandatory game stand down. Gate will be opened for a half-hour to allow leaving the facility.
6 a.m. – Gate is opened to event traffic.
6 a.m. – Chronos open; 275 FPS max verification. Airfill station open. Paint available.
7:15 a.m. – Player orientation, rules briefing. Prize give-aways.
8 a.m. – Game on.
Noon – Game over.
12:30 p.m. – Award ceremony; prize give-aways; commanders’ final words.
5 p.m. – Gate is closed to all traffic.
